This beer was obtained by fermenting 240 gr of fresh rhubarb per litre of lambic. The rhubarb has been produced locally by the Ferme de la Bosse Jauque.
Founded by bio-engineer Pierre Tilquin in early 2009, Gueuzerie Tilquin is the only blendery that is allowed to blend of one, two, and three-year-old lambics with wort acquired from Boon, Lindemans, Girardin, and Cantillon breweries.
