A collab between powerhouses Penyllan and Jester King! Farmhouse ale brewed with fresh hay and juniper branches, aged in ex-champagne barrels. Primary fermentation with the Jester King house culture, followed by secondary fermentation with the Penyllan house culture. Fleshy stone fruits, fresh dough, mandarin and spruce. 2016 vintage. Once it's gone, it's gone.
