"Great example of the capacity of Barossa Semillion, complemented with Barossa Muscat Blanc. Punchy, elegant fruit driven nose with a grippy textural palate and mouth watering acid for days. 80% Semillion, two Vineyards 90-100 years old (1 Barossa, 1 Eden Valley) 3 fermenters - #1.) 50% whole bunch, 50% destemmed fermented on skins for two weeks semi carbonically until dry. #2.) Layer cake – multiple layers of whole bunch and destemmed fruit in sequence and carbonically fermented. #3.) Whole bunch Muscat Blanc fermented for three weeks. Pressed and aged in a variety of old and newer oak vessels (300L to 820L oak)." - David Geyer
