VARIETAL: Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Semillon, Muscat
VITICULTURE: Organic/Sustainable
70% Chardonnay, 18% Chenin Blanc, 10% Semillon and 2% white muscat. All parcels have been skin fermented using natural yeasts, basket pressed and stored in seasoned French oak barriques, puncheons and stainless steel for two complete years. No fining, no filtration.

Sam Leyshon is the man (the myth, the legend) behind Mallaluka. After time at Clonakilla and a stint with the iconic Jean-Louis Chave (woof), Sam now produces his own thoughtful, naturally made wines from the Canberra District with fruit from the family vineyard and select, trusted growers.
