100% Gringet, a traditional grape of the Savoie, of which only 22 hectares exist in the world. Grown in an old glacial valley where the rocks were ground down by the constantly moving ice to form iron-rich soils. On lees for two years before disgorgement. Intensely mineral with invigorating acidity and freshness. Aromas of pine forest and baking spice followed by wildflower honey and bright lemon curd on the palate.
RIP Dominique Belluard. A leading vigneron of the Savoie leaving behind a great legacy.
