"This medium bodied, dark and complex and utterly brilliant. In 2017, Simon Busser suffered pretty serious losses through frost and only made one wine, the Chaos. It’s predominantly old vine malbec with roughly 20% merlot and then 10% gamay. | Being the only wine that the vineyard produced in that year, it has lots of concentration of flavour. The style is real mix of fruit and earth, with all of the wonderful acidity that Simon’s wines are known for. | During the cooler months, this wine is extremely difficult to beat. In general Simon’s wines are some of our very favourites to have with food and this is exceptional with just about any sort of wintery dish." - Campbell Burton
