Jean-Marc Dreyer has been working biodynamically since 2003. He continues to challenge tradition and any vestige of Alsatian monotony with wines of immense character and purity. This is direct press pinot gris, hand harvested and transferred to 600L demi-muid barrels. Aged under flor, not topped, the resulting wine has developed a pleasant oxidative character. Very limited.
