Catherine Dumora tends to small plots of vines just north of Clermont-Ferrand, around three hectares of mostly ancient gamay on basalt soil up to 400m above sea level. She works organically, using flower and plant preparations as treatment, and entirely without additives or sulphur. Pure and intensely mineral.
