This wine was made from Riesling grapes (trans: the king of grape varieties) purchased from the famous Domaine Philippe Brand in Alsace whose vines are certified by Demeter for biodynamic practices. | Sixty percent of the grapes underwent whole bunch maceration for 8 weeks before being pressed and the juice transferred to tank. The remaining 40% were pressed directly. The maceration has produced a pleasantly orange wine with noticeable, but not intrusive, tannins.

Alice Bouvot started from scratch in 2004, buying a small cellar in the village of Arbois and a couple of hectares of vines in the hills surrounding. She now farms around five hectares biodynamically and harvests grapes from trusted friends all over France. A highly sought-after cult producer.
