After spending over a decade training horses to work in vineyards across France, Vouvray native Alexandre came back to the Loire in search of his own vineyard. He now farms three hectares of chenin blanc and gamay without any technology, only horse and plough. 100% gamay, pressed, tank fermented, bottled. Watermelon and pomegranate with a herbal edge. Refreshment turned up to 11. Sulphur free too.
