Continental Platter is a project led by iconic Victorian winemaker Patrick Sullivan. The philosophy is to deliver well-made, price-conscious wines, sourcing organic and biodynamic fruit across Australia and supporting growers with sustainable practices. Organically grown, cool maritime climate pinot noir. Destemmed, seven day maceration, rested in stainless. Light, fresh and delicate with juicy raspberry, red cherry and some green herbs.
