"Cab Sav from Mt. Compass, Southern Fleurieu - organic (not certified). Sav Blanc from unpruned vines, wild grown (an absolute c#nt to pick), Lobethal, Adelaide Hills - organic (not certified). This vineyard was over-run with sheep and was sadly burnt to the ground a year later during a massive bush fire in the Adelaide Hills. Bottled in late 2019. No added sulphur." - Simon
