Jean-Marc Dreyer has been working biodynamically since 2003. He continues to challenge tradition and any vestige of Alsatian monotony with wines of immense character and purity. Short maceration then transferred to a 225L barrique where it matured for 11 months. Velvety and lifted. Very limited.
