Finisterra is a maceration wine that does not fit the Origin series because it is not a single variety wine. Rather it is a complex and delightful blend of Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Muscat d’Alsace and Auxerrois that have been macerated and then joined together to create this absolutely delicious, fresh orange wine with beautifully controlled light tannins.
