Jean-Marc Dreyer has been working biodynamically since 2003. He continues to challenge tradition and any vestige of Alsatian monotony with wines of immense character and purity. This is gewürztraminer on skins for up to 20 days. Aged in barrel for 11 months. Rich and aromatic. Very limited.
