"Uva e basta" - 100% grape. Friends since they were three years old, Davide & Marco now tend to five hectares of vines 700m above sea level in the hills above Pescara, as well as two ½ hectare sites near the coast. 100% pecorino. Hand harvested, overnight maceration, spontaneous fermentation in concrete. Apricot, sticky mango and yuzu with saline minerality and green tea tannin. Zero adds.
