"Uva e basta" - 100% grape. Friends since they were three years old, Davide & Marco now tend to five hectares of vines 700m above sea level in the hills above Pescara, as well as two ½ hectare sites near the coast. 100% montepulciano. Hand harvested, overnight maceration, spontaneous fermentation in concrete. Lifted and fresh with sour cherry and wild strawberry. Low in alcohol, high in drinkability. Zero adds.
