A pioneer of Catalan natural wine, Laureano Serres' contribution to the world of wine cannot be overstated. One of the founders of the 'BRUTAL!!!' label, Laureano has been working organically since 2002, forgetting to add sulphur to his wines and never turning back. Today he farms six hectares scattered around El Pinell and Terra Alta, some up to 500m above sea level, producing truly unique and terroir-expressive zero/zero wines.
This is a lightly macerated blend of macabeo, moscatel and parellada. Aromatic and textural. Zero adds.
