A blend of trebbiano and malvasia, natural fermentation in cement, six days maceration and a further 14 months in oak and traditional acacia barrels. Intense, mineral and structured with ripe yellow fruits, bergamot, curry leaf, Mediterranean herbs and macadamia.
The Pãcina winery is in an ancient convent dating back to the 10th century. The 10 hectares of vineyard belonging to the estate are surrounded by another 15 hectares, divided among olive groves, orchards, vegetable and cereals.
