I want to show the fruit purity of the site and not take anything away or mask it." - Sam Vinciullo. 60% shiraz, 40% cabernet sauvignon. Hand harvested, destemmed and not crushed. Hand plunged and gravity siphoned. Zero adds. Pure, expressive and concentrated yet light on its feet with zippy natural acidity. Crunchy red fruits, amaro, black olive and mineral drive. Impressive, as always.
