"A single barrel assemblage of the two most outstanding extended contact pinot gris ferments from the 2019 vintage. Presented in the signature VHS "house style", this is truly a wine for the cult followers.
This vineyard sadly succumbed to the catastrophic bushfire in Birdwood in December of 2019. As such this wine represents the last fruit to be picked from that vineyard for the foreseeable future. | Label art by French heavyweight Jean Marc Calvet. Sans Sulphites. Only 400 (750ml) bottles produced."
