Fruit from Fiona Woods sandy Tullah vineyard in McLaren Flat. De-stemmed, 12 days maceration. Bright and inviting, slippery, crunchy and fresh. Raspberries and red fruits with a fleck of thyme, jubey and with great fluidity on the palate. Super fine tannins, layers of freshness and a damn delicious glass of wine.
