2020 Frankly, This Wine Was Made By Tom Field Blend

Frankly, we love Bob. Bob and his son, Tom, grow and source organic and biodynamic grapes from cool climate regions in NSW, making wine in their shed in Blackheath. After a tough year of intense drought, grasshopper plagues and bushfires, not to mention the obvious, we're stoked to have Bob's wines back with us. "We always keep the left over lees from all barrels and tanks and either resettle it in barrel or tank. So the Tom wine has all of the resettled wine from the 2019 vintage (a basket of many different grapes) as well as a light red semi-carbonic mataro from 2020 (from Rosnay vineyard at Canowindra). Drink this wine and try to guess the eight different varieties within it." - Bob & Tom
