"Gosh this wine took a while to come around to being ready. We bottle our Pet Nats with low residual sugar so we usually don't need to disgorge but this year, we needed to disgroge. Now the wine has rested for 6 months post disgorging it is looking tip top. Ryan Rd Grenache, pressed to tank, bottled to allow fermentation to finish in bottle, disgorged, rested for 6 months. yum."
