Renowned importer and industry favourite Tim Stock also makes some seriously good wine. Working out of the Commune of Buttons shed in the Basket Range, Tim strives to produce savoury, terroir-driven wines that speak of place. Mostly pinot noir with a little cinsault. Half kept on skins for 36 hours, the other half direct pressed. Fermented in old oak, nine months elevage. Savoury goodness. Not too cold, please.
