Syrah bought from good friend Lori Haon at Petit Oratoire in the Gard, vinified at Simon's home in Bessey. Juicy, a bit wild, heaps of fun.
From a restaurant background and working as a chef, Simon spent his youth in the vineyards and forged his palate with a wine-loving grandfather. After travelling for a bit, in South America, Simon return to work with his mentor and iconic producer André Perret based in Condrieu / St Joseph. Established since 2017 in Bessey, in this little clayey and mineral terroir, Simon created some delicious expressions of the appellation, a modern and fresher style of wine.
