2020 Pascal Robin Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume

This vineyard is located on the right bank of the Serein River, opposite the town of La Chapelle. Thanks to a West/South-West orientation, a sunny terroir, soils essentially composed of brown clays and not very stony, the Fourchaume is complex and intense. Traditional Chablis winemaking - 100% of this wine is aged in oak (8-12 year old). Indigenous yeast fermentations.

Pascal was born and raised in the Chablis region where his family has owned a few vineyards for several generations. His passion for wine has followed him since his childhood until 2016 when he decided to market his own wine, pushed by his friend Patrick Piuze.
