Poppelvej is the street of poplars, named after the street in Denmark where sommelier-turned-winemaker Uffe grew up. | 100% chardonnay from the Piccadilly Valley. Picked early, whole bunch, fermented and aged in new Jura oak puncheons for 12 months on full lees.
