"Benotti Rosavica is a tiny producer whom I met via our common friend Olek Bondonio( this is a wine Olek has been sipping for a while). The vineyards are in Roero, most precisely in Priocca and Govone; here the soils are sandier, giving wines with less structure and more perfumes than Barolo & Barbaresco, ideal to be consumed younger.

I was on a hunt of un-oaked Nebbiolo for long time and I felt like winning the lottery when I have found Nebiulina. We decided to name it Nebiulina to celebrate an historical style of Nebbiolo consumed young in these hills. This lable is an ongoing collaboration prioject Giorgio De Maria x Benotti-Rosavica, exclusive to Australia.
