Ramato style Pinot Gris. Long carbonic maceration, then foot stomped for a few more days fermentation before basket pressing straight to neutral French oak barrels for six months. Sexy amber/bronze colour. Toffee apples mulberries, coffee spice, and a bittersweet finish. Luscious texture.
