"Coming from the Cordillera Vineyard in Macclesfield, other half of the vineyard that is on Monbulk Volanic red soil. This is all MV6 that has been destemmed, wildly fermented and plunged daily for almost 3 weeks. Wine then went into a combination of old puncheon and barriques for 9 months with malo occurring after spring." - Oscar
