This is 100% tempranillo from an organic vineyard in Blampied, just outside Daylesford. 100% destemmed, on skins for a month, pressed to old French oak for a year.

Originally from the foothills of the French Jura region, Etienne graduated with a Masters in Oenology at ISARA Lyon, France. His vineyard and winemaking skills were planted during his time working in Sauternes, France, where his respect for the importance of the vineyard was cemented. His philosophy with winemaking is simple. The wine should reflect its place, with little intervention from the vineyard to the bottle.
