Very well suited to the growing conditions of the western fringes of the Yarra Valley. 100% whole bunch ferment for 2 weeks with no plunging or pumping over. Pressed to stainless to complete ferment, followed by ageing in old puncheon.

Rhen Dodd and Janelle De Gabrielle create wines with a minimal intervention approach. Based in the Yarra (Rhen holds down a day job at Hoddles Creek) where they have shared a lease for several years, they also source grapes from further afield. The current releases from the 21 vintage exude harmony and a gentle touch, they are also a testament to the enrichment derived from extended maturation within the bottle.
