Jess loves gewurztraminer and aromatic whites with BIG personality. This wine was made to highlight how we all have different preferences in wine and how the personality of a producer can show up in the glass. This wine is 50% skin contact gewurztraminer and 50% skin contact sauvignon blanc. Both fermentations were on skins until the caps started to sink and then aged in seperate old french barriques until we bottled in spring. This wine shows a nice interplay between fruitier and greener notes making it dangerously easy to drink alone; think 4 different glasses of wine in one bottle. It slaps like an herbal pineapple juice.
