New England is unlike any other and much of this is due to the region’s diversity. Ranging from high altitude (1000m above sea level), cool climate vineyards along the spine of the Great Dividing Range, to the lower and warmer sites on the western edges of the New England Tablelands.
Raspberry, spice, tomato bush. Hand-picked and de-stemmed into open top fermenters for 4 days before being pressed to tank for the remainder of fermentation. Aged in old oak for 6 months. Chill it down, open it up - a wine that won’t last 5 minutes once the cork is out. Fun times. Zero sulphur, too.
