2021 Little Brunswick Wine Co. Spring Will Be A Little Late This Year Rosé

"This wine has been years in the making for us while we have had to patiently wait our time to be able to make wines in challenging styles. The grapes (100% Mataro) were handpicked in mid-March before a brief period of skin contact prior to basket pressing. The juice was fermented in old French oak hogsheads where it was allowed to sit on light lees and develop a gentle flor. In the summer of 2022 the flor fell and we left the wine to age oxidatively for another 12 months." - Alex Croker

Little Brunswick Wine Co. is the culmination of Alex Croker and Rob Lundberg’s efforts to turn a small tax return, and several hundred buckets of grapes into a winery within the tiny five-foot cellar underneath Alex’s house in Brunswick East.
