"A wine born from the endless debate between Mac and Hannah for how best to approach the greatest grape on earth, EB68 is made unlike any other Riesling in the portfolio. A blend of fruit from all three picks off the Caveat vineyard, whole bunch pressed then fermented and matured on full press solids in a concrete tank. This Riesling is unfined, unfiltered and downright rebellious.
Very pale of colour, Hannah’s mark of a great Riesling! Pretty, lively nose with green apple sherbet, lime peel, oyster shell, peach and jasmine aromas. The palate is electric and crunchy, high clean acid persists through to a dry chalky finish. Light in body and alcohol, off-dry with green apple, green mango, lime curd and a nice savory salinity."
