Blend of organically grown fruit, collected, fermented, and blended over harvest 2021. Dessert wine, Macvin style. 500ml, 36 dozen made.

Russian-born winemaker Alex Schulkin and his wife Galit make pristine zero-zero wine in Adelaide Hills. Alex is also a researcher at the Australian Wine Research Institute in his day job. Makes sense. Pure, precise, an absolute joy to drink.
