"A light, fun expression of the vintage that was. Cinsault's light fragrance & crunchy acidity, Grenache donating volume and vibrant fruit, Syrah lends some darkness and spice, with Mourvedre to round it out with a little leather and gaminess. Cellar temp in the cooler months for a fuller & spicier expression. Serve slightly chilled over the warmer months for a 12pm, 5pm and / or midnight elixir." - Steve
Steve Crawford started his Barossa label under the pseudonym of Frederick Stevenson whilst working at a larger winery. One of the nicest guys in wine that continues to impress each and every year.
