BIG BOT. If there's anything the joy of spring unleashes upon us, it's the ability to start chilling down our reds again. The Vin de Sofa is one such wine - mainly Gamay but also has Pinot Noir, Merlot, Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Sangiovese. Bursting with all the red fruits you'd expect from that combination of grapes, but with a crunchy bone dry finish. The wine underwent full malolactic fermentation but is unfined and unfiltered – to capture all that texture and vibrancy in every delicious.

Gareth is a former marine biologist who was born in South Africa and settled in South Australia as a teenager thanks to a tennis scholarship. After working vintage with James Erskine (Jauma), Gareth began to make his own wine from 2013 with his partner Rainbo.
