"We first discovered Aeijst gin at a bar in Vienna back in 2017 and knew at once it was one of the most delicious spirits we’d ever tasted. Aeijst is distilled by Wolfgang Thomann and his family and a blend of 9 botanicals with a base of wheat spirit. Everything that goes in to this gin is organic and the flavour profile and palate length are really quite extraordinary. On the front palate there is delicious fruit and the back palate is very beautiful array of herbal and peppery notes.

We love serving this directly from the freezer in to a chilled narrow wine glass - no garnish is necessary. If you’re mixing it with tonic, we find the best thing to do is use one with very low kilojoules (not too sweet)." - Campbell Burton
