This cider was born from a meeting with Ezio Cerruti, innovator of Moscato Bianco di Canelli. Apple fruit are spontaneous fermented, without the addition of sulphites and some fresh Moscato must is added for the second fermentation.
Sidreria C&L is based in Verzuolo, in the Cuneo area, run by the same team from Braccia Rese, the idea of starting to produce cider came to Livio Craveri, a graduate of the three-year course in Viticulture and Oenology at the University of Turin, who found in his brother Nicolò and in his friend Elia Lamberti two partners interested in developing a new project that could gives voice to the place they grew up as well as to one of the main agricultural products of the area: apples.
