There are only 2 good reasons to use apricots... Jam and Beer. In this beer they present with a lovely plush rounded texture, a nutmeg and vanilla note and beautiful stone fruit aroma and flavour. Summer Holidays is a blend of young and old farmhouse ales which were added to old oak barrels with lots and lots of apricots where they spent the next 12 months before finally, being bottle conditioned to give the beer great carbonation and mouthfeel.
