Siemàn Istà Rosè
REGION: Veneto, IT
SIZE: 750ml / ABV: 5.1%
This beer is a blend of two different farmhouse ales, one matured in stainless steel and the other in oak barrels with indigenous yeasts. The blend is enriched with Tai Rosso grapes and a gentle dry hopping. Bottle conditioned, unfiltered and unpasteurised.
The Siemàn farm ("six hands" in Venetian dialect) was founded in 2014 in Villaga (VI), on the Berici Hills, from the passion of the three brothers for natural wine. Since the beginning, the three brothers aim to organic cultivate the native grapes on the limestone hills of Vicenza, producing spontaneously fermented wines without any manipulations or corrections. Shortly after, the other passion that animates the founding members took shape: BEER!
