60% bush vine Tempranillo from Swinneys Wilson’s Pool Vineyard. Hand picked and whole bunch fermented with a portion undergoing a long carbonic maceration (4 weeks), with Shiraz, Cabernet Franc, Cinsault and Counoise. Bright complex nose with earth, seaweed, dark plums and cola nut. Plush and luscious on the palate with rich red and black fruits, savoury spice and cola balanced with velvet tannins and natural acidity.
