On their pink granite slopes, 45 year old vines thrive, while the legendary Colette plot boasts vines over 80 years old. Carbonic macerated and treated very gently in the winemaking process, this is one juicy number. Bursting with fresh red fruit, there's layers of ripe dark berries, violet and herbal undertones.
