A familiar salty sea-breeze marries the crunch of green apple and zing of lemony goodness. Bringing bright energetic citrus and a touch of minerality to your posh picky dinner. A perfect pairing with freshly shucked oysters and a cracker laden with creamy soft brie. En français, Pique-poul translates to a ‘sting to the lip’ but we believe this is a smooth operator.
