Floppet is a crazy fun lov’n Pet Nat made from Tempranillo & Shiraz. Fresh from the vintage 2025. Bright chilled red style Pet Nat. Super berry blast, with savoury fluffy mid palate & finishing with rhubarb pie crust. Hand harvested, detsemmed into open fermeneters & cool soaked for 24 hours before pressing to tank. Chill natural ferement then stopped just with perfect amount of residual glucose/fructose before simply bottling.
