This comes from special little parcels within the Pasut vineyard in Mildura. And Kevin is a master of this style. Energetic acid, pear and flintiness, sea spray and honey. Welcome to the party.
Pear, white flowers, sea spray, and flint, balanced by a hint of honey and creamy almond nougat. Very dry, high acidity, and "crunchy".
