Fiano is now well and truly part of our regional collection. It's the perfect Italian variety to be grown in nearby Hilltops. Fiano has the ability to produce excellent wine from whatever the weather conditions throw at it and you still have this lovely dry wine filled with citrus and pear with dashes of honeysuckle and spice. It's just the perfect everyday dry white wine that has a tingling acidity and a light salty finish.
Processing: Destemmed to pressed to 3 year old puncheons and ceramic eggs
